Refund Policy

All video game parties are required to be paid in full 7 days prior to guarantee your party time. If you cancel your video game party, we will charge you $25 fee. If you need to cancel your video game party with less than 7 days notice, we will charge you $75 fee. If you cancel your video game party on the day of the party, we will charge for the full price of the party. If you are not at your party at the address provided and do not receive service, no refund will be issued. There are no refunds for services performed. If we are unable to provide service there is no charge. We will work to resolve all issues in a timely manner.

Fat Chihuahua Entertainment wants every customer to have an amazing time with a photo booth at their event. However, we do understand that life throws wrenches into the best laid plans.

We will refund any amount you have paid back to you less the deposit to secure your date; when notification is given 21 days prior to your event. If for whatever the circumstance you cancel 21 days or less before the scheduled date of your event, then we will not be able to offer a refund of any amount. We require a deposit to secure your date, and this prevents us from booking any other potential events for that day. We need at least 21 days to market and to find a replacement for your date if you were to cancel.

We thank you for understanding our cancellation policy, and we will do everything in our power to make sure we can suit your events needs and dates. If you know that your date may be subject to change, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be available for your alternate date and we would be able to move to another date at no extra charge if it is available.
